Im infected and windows live one care cant help

ok im infected with something and windows live one care keeps finding a virus. It says it put the file in quareteen. however the next time it scans the virus is back .. it says things like the following
win32/ms05-002 or win32/newmalware.gen or inktstri.exe
i will follow your directions or provide more info just let me know what to do.
also the symptoms are the computer screen flashes sometimes and the bottom try turns black
please help

This malware is showing in your HJT log ntsystem.exe and it appears it is part of a Smitfraud infection, see this:

When you run AVG Anti-Spyware make sure you delete or at least quarantine what it locates and save that report. These instructions will help:
