possible malware/spyware infestation

hi. tashi assisted me a couple months back. he was very helpful. now my parent's computer is infected. I am on a short time frame as I am only visiting for thanksgiving and hoping to get them cleared out before I leave. I don't think the infection is very extensive.

I tried to run panda, but was unable to due to being on a dialup (no dsl) connection. it would get to about 20% and then restart. I did, however, run spybot in safe mode till it was clean. Here is my hijackit log:

thanks! I am going to install AVG and the firewall program after we run HJT. Does he need to post another log after he runs HJT? I have returned home from the holidays and hope I can walk my father through posting a log via phone if he needs to. Otherwise, we will just remove the items, and I will have him install AVG and the firewall program that i downloaded for him.

I dont think another hjt log will be needed. just use hjt to fix those 04 items, install avg, update and scan with it.

install a firewall, (some have steep learning curves) zone alarm would be the easiest to use "out of the box" if you have any questions/problems just post back.
