Hello Sarah and welcome to the forum. Smitfraudfix seems to have remove that junk for you but it appears when you ran AVG Anti-Spyware that you "ignored" some junk instead of deleted or at least quarantining it:

Please use these instruction and run AVG Anti-Spyware again and delete or a least quarantine everything it locates:

1) I strongly suggest you remove this program from your computer in Add Remove programs:

2) I need to know what this is...that it is a safe program:

It may be safe, if you are not sure, use these free online scans to check it, post the results for me to view. You will be scanning the file I have highlited in red.

3) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.

4) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune

Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

Deactivate the Resident Shield for AVG Anti-Spyware, it will block changes we must make.
- Before proceeding, deactivate the "Resident Shield" as this may prevent changes to the registry.
- To do this, click "Change State" to the right of the Resident Shield option in the main window.
- You will clearly see the status change to Inactive if you have done this correctly.

5) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

6) RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

c:\program files\common files\system\dfb60b11.exe <<< delete that file

c:\windows\system32\dxvid.exe <<< delete that file

C:\Program Files\LimeWire\ <<< delete that folder (strongly suggested)

Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post a new HJT log along with the information I requested above.
