Welcome to the forum. If you still need help and are not receiving it elsewhere, please do this.

1) If you are talking about this: Smitfraud-C.Toolbar888 it is a false positive and you can ignore it.
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=8668

2) For your information, all of the 018 items in the log are the result of the Logitech Desktop Messenger which gets installed along with another Logitech program because the EULA agreement is not read. Unless you know what it is and use it, it is a resource waster and can be removed in Add Remove programs, but make sure you uninstall only what I highlite in red, this is optional:
C:\Program Files\Logitech\Desktop Messenger\ <<< uninstall only the program in red.

3) HJT is very outdated, please remove the version you have and download it from here:
http://www.merijn.org/files/HijackThis.exe
I would prefer you put it here: C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe. here are additional instructions if you need them.
http://russelltexas.com/malware/createhjtfolder.htm
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial94.html

Restart the computer and post a new HJT log with the new version. Please describe any problems at this point and post any error messages "word for word"

Thanks

Thanks for returning your information, I do see some junk that needs to go. I was wondering how all of that new stuff from McAfee is working out for you? I had a battle on the phone with them because they tried to say I had to download that stuff. I do not know if any of that stuff will try to block these changes, if so make sure you allow them.

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {0676CC61-CDC5-447e-AAFC-9D886EC820EB} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\plkbwyyu.dll
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {871A54C1-1EB3-48bd-A879-5DBA4EF16BE6} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\wgucnaer.dll

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post a new HJT log, let me know how the computer is running.

Thanks

I did what you said. Everything seems to be working fine. I have not had any trouble with mcafee except maybe internet explorer is just a bit slower to load. Thanks again for your help.

Thanks for the feedback, sounds good and the HJT log appears clean of malware. I have to say your Java is still not updated:
O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {08B0E5C0-4FCB-11CF-AAA5-00401C608501} - C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_06\bin\ssv.dll
hackers are using this right now to infect computers and it will happen:sad:

System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:

Here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:
