Welcome to the forum, if you are not receiving help elsewhere and your problem is not resolved, let's do this.

1) Move HJT from the Desktop for safety. I prefer C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe, if you need additional instructions use these: http://russelltexas.com/malware/createhjtfolder.htm

2) I will assume you did not set the hosts files like that so lets reset it first.
Download free! Hoster v3.5 from here: http://www.funkytoad.com/content/view/13/
When you have it click on the button to "Restore Microsoft's Hosts File", follow any prompts.

3) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

4) You are running programs that will block the changes we must make, turn them off until you are done.
I question running them both at the same time. Seems they both do the same job. I would choose one and turn the other off or uninstall it.
PrevxOne: Right click on the Prevx icon in your system tray at the bottom-right corner of your screen and choose Show Management Console..
On the Management Console click the Protection Level drop-down menu. You will see three levels:
Maximum
Off
User Defined
To disable all protection set the level to Off. You will receive a prompt asking "You are about to change your security settings. Do you wish to continue?" Click Yes.
Click the X on the upper right hand corner to exit the Management console.

Spyware Doctor: From within Spyware Doctor, click the "OnGuard" button on the left side.
Uncheck "Activate OnGuard

5) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = about:blank
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://uk.red.clientapps.yahoo.com/c...o/bt_side.html
All 01 lines if any are left
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = \blank.htm

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FDD3B846-8D59-4ffb-8758-209B6AD74ACC} - (no file)
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {EE5D279F-081B-4404-994D-C6B60AAEBA6D} - (no file)

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

6) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post a new HJT log. Let me know how the computer is running. Describe any malware issues and any error messages "word for word".

Thanks
