Sfonditalia detected,cannot remove

Hi,
This is my very first post so please excuse any amateurish questions.
Spybot finds sfonditalia in 2 locations and successfully removes them,then they always re-appear on a new scan.
I have ran S&D in safe mode and sfonditalia is still there.
This has been on my system for ages and i think it is about time i got it sorted for god.
Any help & advice please?

Manualy Delete c:\web.exe

Post a SpyBot results report.
Run SpyBot check for problems, fix all red items, when its finished right click and choose copy results
(not full report) to clipboard and paste that back here please.

You do know having more that one antivirus can couse all to be inefective ?
thats true even if all but one is disabled, i suggest you uninstall all but one antivirus programs.

I did not realise the more virus programmes would cause ineffectiveness.
could you give your personal opinion of which one to keep please.

Close all browsers, right-click and select: Install
It realy doesnt install, just clears all sites in the domains and Ranges keys.

Afterward's you will need to immunize again in SpyBot and re-protect again with SpywareBlaster or re-install iespyadds (if they are installed) then the file itself can be deleted (DelDomains.inf)

I uninstalled Norton ages ago,i even refused a free 12 months subscription from my new ISP.Nothing but a nuisance.There must be remnants of it somewhere.That's why i have the others as they were recommended as the best free anti-virus progs.
Just going to install the fix now.

All is good.Done as said and sfonditalia is gone forever!!
Ran S&D and nothing found.
I think about 4 years ago,a dialer(sfonditalia)connected to the net for about 3mins before i terminated and removed it.These left over files were just annoying but not no more.
Many thanks to your expert help in eradicating this trojan and for cleaning my system.
