I am concerned that someone may have remotely installed via email a program that allows them to track the keystrokes I enter on my business computer. I researched some of these and the programs do exist: they are installed via email when the recipient clicks on/downloads an attachement.

While I do not ever download attachements from unknown sources, this would have/could have come from someone I know. Supposedly the programs are invisible.

Does anyone know how I can tell if a program like this is ruinning on my system?

Thanks--
