taskbar take time to load

when i get into win the taskbar takes long time to load
today pc crashed and when i restarted it avg found ''wincbr.exe''and i deleted it

is there anything i can do about the loading ?
is the virus deleted permanently ?

Post A Hijackthis log and an online scan report here in this thread.
Someone will then take a look at the system and advise you.
