Problem

I have installed and run S&D which has removed everything except Zlob.qualitycodec.

Also have another problem with a small flashing icon, bottom right of page with balloon 'critical system errors' which links to Virusbursters, plus an additional toolbar, nothing so far has removerd it. It even continues flashing during a system scan in safe mode.

Have also run AVG and Norton. Words of one syllable please :)

Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Once you have read those instructions, since you said you see Smitfraud (zlob) you might as well proceed with this.

Follow the directions in this link: http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=4015 When you finish the instructions, post the three logs in this same topic using the "Post Reply" button.
Please use these instructions when you run AVG Anti-Spyware, make sure you delete or at least quarantine what is located.

Spybot-S&D: Be sure to follow the directions to save the scan report but do not post it here unless requested by a helper.
