Hello Marie and welcome to the forum, You have some nasties running from Downloaded Program files, I think we can remove them with HJT. I also suggest you get rid of all of redirects that are R1/R0's. You can set the MSN home page in Internet Explorer. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/using/howto/customizing/prsonalizehmpg.mspx
I also notice you are not running Internet Explorer 7.0 yet, I suggest you download it as soon as possible for the extra protection it affords if nothing else, your call.

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post a new HJT log. Let me know how the computer is running now.
