Critical System Error Message

:heart: Ok guys, I am really a newbie with this stuff but somehow I must have contracted some stupid malware or whatnot that my adaware and norton aren't detecting. Just like the other user that posted this it is trying to redirect me to some antivirus downloading site. virusburster? Anyway, I was smart enough to realize that this is bogus, however I am not smart enough to fix this on my own! lol I have the blinking icon on my desktop's tray and I have downloaded hijack this. If someone could help me out I would REALLY appreciate it.
