Spybot updates are very slow to download

Why is it that Spybot updates are extremely slow to download? Am I infected with something already? I've just dowloaded Spybot and am gonna run it. I have McAfee's antispyware prog installed but I don't know if its any good.

I have to admit I am really tired of this shit. It really is endless. I swear the motherf******* destroying people's computers should be shot.:mad:
