Hi - I have recently been infected with Pipas.A. I have read through many posts and my symptoms are the same as others - redirected to commercial sites from google, can't remove with SpyBot S&D, it just keeps coming back, etc. I have run Hijack This and Fixwareout and have the following logs for you. If you could please let me know how to get rid of this thing I would appreciate it.

Welcome to the forum, Let's start by checking the files the fix was not positive about:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CSIVE.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CSPXH.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DMLRW.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DMTDE.EXE
These are very likely bad but we do not want to delete them until we are sure. Use these scanners and once you establish they are bad, navigate to them and delete them.
