Destroying malware

After posting a message on the problems I was having in getting rid of the malware withsmitfraud-C.toolbar888 I was referred to this forum and asked to provide 'A Hijack Log and online scan report'. I am not sure what these are (I couldn't find the titles in the Help file) but I have re-run Spybot S&D. The resuling Skybot SD.Report.txt was too large to attach so I attached the previous Checks report. I hope this will help the analysis. If you require any further info please let me know - also how to get it!
I don't know what this malware does but I am anxious to get rid of it. Any help would be most welcome.

If all else fails read the book!:). I am new to this site as I this is the first time that I have need help to fix a problem. I have read the suggested links and will start again.
