Possible spyware (log enclosed)

hi guys im not too pc literate but have seemed to come to conclusion that a hijack this log is usually required!

I was suspicious as Mcafee found PUP a few days ago. im paranoid as ive had trojans before and thought i could nip it in bud by reformatting. Ive now done this and although its faster i have my doubts its ok yet. The doubts are that i saw a balloon pop up yesterday (after reformat) mentioning new hardware (didnt catch name) sucessfully installed (id done nothing). The pre-reformatting problems seemed to be an F drive that mysteriously appeared. Im now concerned about whether its being remotely accessed or am just paranoid!!

One of our major spyware removal programs contains Process.exe with is consider a PUP and the tools will not run with out it.

I would say you should investigate, and we will, but you have what I consider a worse problem that a pup.

You are running two antivirus programs at the same time and this is not a good thing. They conflict with each other and you will be less safe than if you ran one good program and maintained it properly. Uninstall one, update the one you keep and run a complete system scan, post for me any item that can't be removed, the complete name and pathway.

You HJT is running from a Temporary Internet File and it needs a permanent folder where it can safely store logs and backups for safety. I prefer you move it here: C:/HJT/Hijackthis.exe. If you need more instructions, use these:

I see nothing in the HJT log I believe is malware, but this is not unusual since HJT would have to be a hugh program to see everything. Use the free tool in this link:

follow the instructions and save the scan results for me.

Once you have completed all instructions post the scan results from AVG Anti-Spyware and a new HJT log. Let me know about any problems at that point.

One question...u say the Hijack this log appears ok....i had worries over the last three 023 entries. Am i worrying over nothing or not as i dont know what the anonymous owner entries or 'remote packet capture entries meant??

I Researched as advised but sites advise as to whether differently as to whether winpcap is a keylogger virus. I never installed this so i concerns me. Especially as it mentions the words remote packet capture in the log with it.
Id really appreciate it most if i could be reassured if i appear to have problems expecially remote accessing trojans etc that may steal personal stuff. This is my updated log.

Pay no attention to the (file missing), this is a glitch in HJT and that file is very likely there.

Let's start with these free online scans, use one or more of them to scan the file and post the results for me to view also.
