Please help

I too have the Command Service and it does not want to go away. I have tried everything from using Linux Boot Disks (trinity Rescue Disk, and Linux Defender) to no avail. Below is my Hijack this log.

I forgot to mention that I also ran Spybot which it required a reboot and ran Spybot again at startup and it didn't work. I tried to go into Safe mode but it was not allowing me to, it would lock up at MUP.sys. I have Windows XP SP2.

Please read those instructions and post the required antivirus scan. Please indicate what program is locating "command service" and where it is saying it is located.

I see you also have AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 on board, use the instructions in this link:

and post the results of that scan also.
