if not, are there any spyware forums out there that will accept payment in exchange for rapid response?

As with most malware removal forums staffed by trained volunteers, no we do not accept payment, all members are given equal assistance. :wink::
Donations given towards the support of the (free for individual use) Spybot-S&D Program are always gratefully received but will not provide preferential treatment. :)
Otherwise I can only recommend you either take the machine to a shop or follow our 'Sticky' procedure: "BEFORE you POST" -Preliminary Steps and scanning with SPYBOT-S&D (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288)
