I have a feeling that I have a Microsoft Word Virus

Welcome to the forum, if you still need help, I will see what I can do. Since you may know the name of the virus (Microsoft Word Virus) you already have the jump on me. I have not worked with this one before. All I see in the HJT log is a slightly out of date Java version, see this information.
http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.php?p=12880&postcount=2
So please get the newest version and uninstall all old versions.
a HJT located in an unsafe postition: You are running HJT.exe from a .zip file in a Temporary Directory. This is unsafe as we will have no backups. That is why you received this message when you used HJT: http://russelltexas.com/malware/images/unsafefolder.gif
Please use the information in the following link to place HJT in a permanent, safe folder, I prefer C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe. If you need additional instructions use these: http://russelltexas.com/malware/createhjtfolder.htm
and a few programs I do not recognize but that appear to be valid, and one that I believe you should remove from your computer:
C:\Program Files\LimeWire\LimeWire.exe see this information:
C:\Program Files\LimeWire\LimeWire.exe Please look at this information about this junk:
http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/pest/Pest.aspx?id=453088059 and see this:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/articles/p2p/
Limewire (The most current version of Limewire is reported to include spyware. LimeWire 4.9.28 is clean. Older and newer version may not be.)
Here is more information:

First tell me why you think this is: Microsoft Word Virus, and let me give you information you may or may not have seen:

http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLG,GGLG:2006-16,GGLG:en&q=Microsoft+Word+Virus
Please review that information here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/187243
if you still believe this is the infection, this tool is one that Microsoft suggests in
5. Q. Can I get software that will prevent me from getting a Word macro virus in the future?
Give it a try and see what happens, post those results and any additional information you believe will help us using "Post Reply" to stay in this same topic. We will go from there.
Please run the F-Secure Online Scanner
http://support.f-secure.com/enu/home/ols.shtml
Note: This scanner is for internet explorer only!
Follow the instructions for installation.
Accept the License Agreement.
Once the ActiveX installs, click Full System Scan
Once the download completes, the scan will begin automatically.
The scan will take some time to finish, so please be patient.
When the scan completes, click the Automatic cleaning (recommended) button.
Click the Show Report button and copy & paste the entire report in your next reply.
Thanks

Okay, I will scan with an online scanner. I hate that, because I have BAD feelings about online virus scans, but oh well.
I WILL also make A hijackThis folder.
I think I have A Microsoft Word Virus because I opened it up, and It deleted something and quit. I checked on Norton Anti-Virus about a Word Virus, adn it said something about it deleting and quitting. I will edit this post(or repost) when I have new info. Check back Really soon.

Yeah. I forgot to post. You can delete this. I got McAfee and I had no Viuses(Luckily, because as soon as I finished, My PC Overheated and shut off...)
You may now delete.

System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
