Hi... I don't speak english very well but I'll try :oops:

My PC was infected with some spyware and I think It's still infected because It's soooo slow, so, I'm sending you my Hijackthis Report, please help me with this, I need to know what do I have to do.

Recepción al foro, me disculpo por la espera. I speak little Spanish so we should have fun. If you still need help you must do this for me. You do have infections the need to be removed. I am interested in seeing how the tool we will run effects these items. Please complete the instruction in the exact posted order.

1) It appears, since I see no antivirus scan, you have not read these instructions:
"BEFORE you POST" -Preliminary Steps

Please read the instructions and choose one of the free online scans and run it. Save the scan report to a file on your Desktop but do not post it until I request it.

2) This item: O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [gwiz] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntsystem.exe appears to be a trojan, use one or more of these free online scanners and post the results for me.

4) Thanks to sUBs and anyone who helped with this fix.

1. Download ComboFix.exe using either of these links:

2. Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.

3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log & a fresh HJT log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

If the log is large You might need to post half in one reply half in another.
