Red Dot and a white "!" in system tray.

I'm relatively new here and I've tried everything to get rid of this. It's a small red dot in the system tray that has a white exclamation point in the middle of it. It originally wasn't there until i removed the Virus-Burster malware I received through a bad download. I've scanned with Norton Anti Virus, Ad-Aware SE and VundoFix. All of the above programs have detected and deleted SOMETHING but none of them can seem to get rid of this annoying little icon that tells me "you may have harmful or unwanted software on your computer." every time I reboot.

I'm downloading Spybot S D now to see if it will work but i somehow doubt it will. I'm new to all of the "logs" and such so a lamens-terms explanation of how to solve my problem would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate your help, but it seems that SpybotSD with and a run of the stimfruad fix got rid of it. Thank you so much. Without this forum and your help I would have had to kill my computer lol.

Sounds good to me:)...less work to do. I have to say that much of the infection is hidden and that other junk not related often comes along with Smitfraud. If you follow the instructions, I will be glad to make sure your computer is clean. If not...take this information with you:

System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
