Need Help Spyware Found!!!

I keep recieving this message in ballon on the bottom of my computer saying I'm infected with last version of PSW.x-Vir trjoan. PSW trojans stea; your private information. I need help please tell me what to do. PLEASE.

I also ran Spybot but it keeps saying

Error during check!
Windows.Redirected Host[93] [Cannot open file "C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts".

I'm aslo receiving a lot of Pop-ups.

If you follow those instructions to produce the logs, then copy paste them into this topic, a helper will assist you as soon as available.

"Error during check! Windows.Redirected Host" similar to the topic posted http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=811 can also be addressed once there is a log to look at.
