Hi, I'm new here so please excusae any ignorance on my part, but i really need your help. My p.c. is givin alot fo problems of recent. It was working fine, but my cousin recently disabled all my firewallls, etc., cause she wanted to go playing games and stuff. Now the problems i'm faced with are the p.c running extremely slow, my searches or tryin to open pages keep redirecting. Also when i try to run a program, it asks me every time which user wants to run it, whether it be myself, or cobra. Please help me as this is really annoying and slowing down my business...thanx.....

Please run the Spybot-S&D and on-line anti virus scan (separately) as shown here:

Then start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum (http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=22)
Once you have posted a helper will advise you as soon as available.

Sorry for the tardy reply, but i have only jus got my p.c to connect the net. Anywayz, i followed your advice, only thing is whateva it is on my p.c, is preventing me form installing any programs. so i can't install it or run any software really. Also a new problem i have is that i actually 'hear ads' now. Like a tutorial, i hear the ads but see nothing on the screen. So help is still needed, moreso now cuz now i am completely clueless as what to do.......
