Can't update Spybot - stops at advcheck.dll

Hi Spybot,

I suspect that I may have some Malware preventing me from downloading Spyboit updates. The update process locks up solid each time it reaches the installation of advcheck.dll.

Assuming that you need to see a Hijack This log (I'm new to this forum), I'll include it below.

Hi PSKelly,

I've just checked me ADD / REMOVE programs box and I've discovered that there's no existing version of Java to delete. Why is it that you're able to see Jave installed on the "High-Jack This" screen dump but I can't see it in ADD / REMOVE programs.

More importantly, what do I do next? How do I fix the registry??

I apologize, must have seen a ghost. I looked at your log again this morning and do not see Java. Ignore those instructions, in fact I will edit them out of that post for you.
