PC-cillin conflict

Yesterday I installed PC-cillin 2007, and now my computer runs very slow and even stops completely. Seems the problem is one of their processes, PcScnSrv.exe, conflicts with your immunize feature, and Trend Micro wants us to turn immunize off. I'd prefer to keep the immunize feature. Any suggestions?
