Can't log in to amazon.com

This is my first time posting, and I'm new to this site, so please excuse me if I don't follow correct protocols.

My problem is that I can't reach amazon.com on my computer.

*I can reach every other site, ebay.com, NYTimes.com, etc.
*My other computer on the same router can access amazon.com.

Netscape gives me this message: "Redirection limit for this URL exceeded. Unable to load requested page. This may be caused by cokkies that are blocked."

Firefox gives me this message: "The page isn't redirecting properly."

And Internet Explorer 7.0 just says, "Internet Explorer cannot display the website."

When I run a trace I get the following:

Welcome to the forum, you have a wareout infection, but this situation also exists:

1) You are running two antivirus programs at the same time and this is not a good thing. They conflict with each other and you will be less safe than if you ran one good program and maintained it properly. Uninstall one, update the one you keep and run a complete system scan, post for me any item that can't be removed, the complete name and pathway.

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
Once the desktop loads post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new Hijackthis log in the forum please. Use "Post Reply" stay in this same topic.
