Appreciate help with malware issues

This is the first time I have used this forum and need help getting started.

My son recently played an online skateboard game and I have since had lots of problems. I'm getting lots of pop-ups and re-directs. My system is just crawling along. Running Spy-Bot it finds Smitfraud toolbar 888, but it shows up after each run. I noticed that it found Vundo on one scan - only have seen once, but I continue to get Winfixer pop-ups which I think are associated, from what I gather reading message boards. Don't know how to run hijack log.

This is where I'm at and would greatly appreciate help from someone.
