McAfee Blocking Windows Firewall

My mcafee software is blocking my windows firewall spybot detects the registry keys blocking the firewall but when i choose to fix the selected problems it does not fix it. I want to unblock my windows firewall even if it is bad and i was wondering if i could just delete the registry keys myself ??:D:
