A couple of suggestions

First, there should be a "Download All Updates" button instead of having to select every single update individually.

Second, there should be better options when choosing what you want to scan for. i.e. Scan Cookies Only, Scan For Adware Only.

1. Right-click the list, select "Select All" from context menu.
2. Switch to Advanced mode, take a look at Settings -> Filesets.
