Disabling Spybot

Hi. I am attempting to uninstall IE7 and re-install it. I've been instructed to disable all antivirus and anti-spyware before doing so.

How do I disable Spybot?

If you're running Teatimer,here's how to disable it:
Open Spybot,go to mode,select Advanced Mode,then Tools->resident,and then uncheck Resident "Teatimer"(Protection of over-all system settings) active.
That should be the only thing you need to disable,I don't think sdhelper should interfere.
