So for some crazy reason I ran SpyHunter. It indicated many forms of the Zlob trojan in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ZoneMap\Domains. I went into the registry and Domains was absolutely full of crap...including the entries mention by SpyHunter...
