Homepage hijacked

hi,
my homepage was www.google.co.in
but after its been hijacked, its http://webdesigns4u.net/
i tried various malware removal tools...but this is too stubborn

i tried to perform a SYSTEM RESTORE...but even that's not working, i think even system restore is hijacked

please help me urgently
a. help me to remove this malware
b. remove SYSTEM RESTORE from the claws of hijacker

this is driving me crazy

If you still require help, please start a new topic and include a fresh HijackThis log or post that you cannot run HJT.
