Renewing License impossible

Is that happening from the program itself, or is that happening with an order form on the website?
If it's happening with the program itself, then there's a license key now and if it can't be seen then you'd need to check for updates in order to see it:

My version of Spybot is always up-to-date as I always do the updates. I think I'm good with the license. I later tried again and then it did work. No idea what was wrong the first time.
What struck me as annoying is that I was only presented the option to renew to the Professional version for double the price that I paid last year for the Home edition. At least I could not find it. Now we can argue that per month it is stil cheap, and so far it worked perfectly. So I'll keep the Proffesional one, although I'm not sure that I need that. Can you point me to some information that explains the difference between the Home and the Professional version?

If you were using the renewal link in the Start Center, then it should have brought you to a checkout page for renewing the Home Edition, if that was the installed Edition, not the Professional Edition. If you wish, please send me your email address via DM, so that I can look into this for you
