Cft Loader Has Encountered A Problem . Sorry For The Inconvenience

:banghead:I have't had a problem with malware in ages... Now this keeps poping up all the time and I keep having to close. My browser is slow and taking me to weird places... I have spyware blaster, spybot s&d, adaware mcafee, cw shreader spy sweeper and they all show my PC is clean. I ran Kaspersky on line scanner as recomened and that comes up clean... Can someone please help... I need this as my business PC and maintain it a few times a week... Do ineed to post the startup list also??? Looks like the is some weird stuff in there... 1. The CTF Loader

2. My browser is slow and taking me to weird places...

RE: The CTF Loader

The CTF Loader is part of Microsoft Office XP, "ctfmon.exe" is used by many of the office programs, it does not just have one simple startup location ... have you unchecked it in msconfig ? ... if you have then go back to msconfig & recheck it ... see if the error goes away.

If it doesn't, then you may want to turn if off ... this explains how :-

As the logs you have posted are clean, & you say all other logs you have are also clean, including KAV ... can you explain the "My browser is slow and taking me to weird places..." more fully ... like where it is taking you ?
