Spybot 2.1 and large fonts

Spybot 2.1, at least on Windows 7, does not play well with a large fonts setting. I have mine set to 140%, because of full HD on 13 inches.

The program looks like it has never been tested on large fonts. Not once. Please fix this for the next version, okay?
