please kindly tell me if it is a spyware

i scan my computer and found somthing running in the background of my computer in the directory C:\DOCUME~1\S11430\LOCALS~1\TEMP\XF\ i scan many spyware but they only read the file as normal file i suspect this is a spyware or malware cause when open the file theres a lot of log file i used the KL detector 1.3 he detect the file,,i open it in a notepad an anytime it says log file is updated youwant to save it...the size of the log file are 1.07 mb and it will create another logfile continuesly with number at the same size...i used to read the logfile but i found an ip address and when i open it it is in my network it has an hardrive
