Spybot 1.5 Beta suggestion

If you uninstall Spybot 1.4 and dont restart, then try to install Spybot 1.5 the installer downloads the updates before checking to see if anything is waiting to be uninstalled (ie. Spybot 1.4) and therefore the installer stops because you havent uninstalled first. This means that when you restart you need to download the updates again. Couldnt this be improved so the upadtes are downloaded AFTER the check of a required restart for older versions to save either bandwidth or time (dail-up)??
