I've always been able to choose this option before :(
That is sometimes an indication that your Hosts file is not found in the proper location.
According to your operating system it should be found in the below locations.
- Windows 95/Windows 98/Windows Me - C:\windows\
- Windows 2000/Windows XP - %SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\etc\
