Suggestion for improvement

On occasion, I've been stuck where Spybot S&D detects the same problem each scan, but can't correct it. Pipas.A was a good example.

A moderate annoyance was that Pipas.A wasn't detected by the search until it was about 95% complete. This took several minutes, sometimes 15+.

My suggestion is that when malware is detected, it should be added to a local list of known problems for that PC. Then when a new search is done it could immediately attempt to detect whether the known problems have been corrected, rather than make the user wait several minutes while searching for files recently recognized to be clear.
