Very Slow boot & explorer has an exception error

Hi

My computer is booting very slow (about 3 min after logging in) when it fist comes up I get a explorer exception error and it ask if I want to debug. If I click no explorer restarts and after a few min. I get a desktop. The system also seems to be running a lot slower than normal. Here is my hijack this log.

Download and Run RSIT

• Please download Random's System Information Tool by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open:
  
  • log.txt will be opened maximized.
  • info.txt will be opened minimized.
• Please post the contents of both log.txt and info.txt.
  ( They can also be found in the C:\RSIT folder )
