Help with these scan results please

Hi, I did rootkit scan and found these results:

I have already read on the forum that "LogonSoundPlayed" is not rootkit but I am not sure about second entry. I have also read "No admin in ACL" is not necessarily thread but I want to be sure. So, what will you advise to me?
