Actually the "rules" count should be the correct one, e.g. 81110 from the last announcement. There's a difference of 958 rules though (Spybot shows 80152)... might be that it's counting internal QA checks or something like that as well, we need to check that :)

The next time that you do a "Search for updates", select an "Update server", and actually receive a list of updates the available to be received:
- Before downloading the updates, right click somewhere in the listing of updates, move your cursor over "Remove from Exclude List" and then click on the update that you excluded ("Immunization database").
