Tough virus to get rid of...I'm pretty sure it's virtumonde or variant

Hey all. Let me thank you guys in advance for helping me out. I'm running vista and I have an intense virus I can not seem to shake. I have run the following scans:

Norton Antivirus
Avast! Antivirus
Keypersky AV
Spybot
Ad-Aware
Hijack-This!

Most seem to point to virtumonde, but it seems to come back several times. It seems like I can't get rid of it! I need help!

Got rid of it finally! I used the combofix.exe running around. It would just give me errors with vista but I just let it sit and finally decided to run. My computer runs excellently now! Thanks all!
