New computer, new threats.

Salutations! I have had one issue that I posted about in the past on this forum. I had complete success in total removal of the infection from that situation. I favorably recalled the patient and kind help from the people that assisted me here and I wanted to say, "thank you!".

Unfortunately, it seems as if my new computer has happened across an infection. I need to beef up my security, but before that I was hoping to clean it of the current infection with the help of the nice people here!

I have attempted to read through the "BEFORE YOU POST" #1 and #2 and follow all of the rules and tips. Please forgive me if I have missed anything!

I have backed up my registry with ERUNT. I have NOT turned off System Restore. I have NOT run any "fixes", _however_ I HAVE run AVG anti-virus and removed a number of trackers/other mal-ware files, if that has eliminated the evidence of an infection I'm sorry... what do I do in that case?
