When Instant Access is triggered to run, it may communicate to other components of the adware/dialer which is already installed and activate them or prompts for downloading.

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

• A file with an unknown location named "EGCOMSERVICE_1040.dll".

Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Instant Access uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

• Delete the registry key "{6AA93DF6-6757-4338-9087-F7601DE18402}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
• A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "EGCOMSERVICE.EGComSvc", plus associated values.
• A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "EGCOMSERVICE.EGComSvc.1", plus associated values.
• Delete the registry key "{C13FA88A-D264-4BC8-92ED-52EB8181E209}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
• Delete the registry key "{F3A257E6-FA04-4B30-A1B6-6B89EB814544}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".

If Instant Access uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer, RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
