Having major trouble please help

Hi i am very new to this sort of thing so please stick with me

ok so first off i ran Spybot search and destroy found a few minor problems fixed them and went to scan again to make sure i got everything and it said it found nothing but i caught the word virtumonde out of the corner of my eye so i scanned again and while looking at the current files SBS&D was scanning all i saw half way through the scan was virtumonde for a sold 2 minuets.Again said it found nothing I also noticed other things like zlob down loader,win32.tdss and a bunch of other variation of the win32. I know there are more but i couldn't catch the names of all of them.
