Nasty & Resistant Virii

Greetings, Spybotters!

I seem to have become infected with some highly resistant nasties. My main problem seems to be the evil Virtumonde virus, which is proving to be most difficult to remove.

Over the last week, I've tried a number of "fixes," including Spybot S&D, Lavasoft AdAware (new version claims to be able to remove Virtumonde, but did not), Avast!, and Windows OneCare Live. AdAware seemed to come closest to repairing, but problems returned after rebooting. Avast! found and dumped a number of items into the "chest," but I am still being plagued with pop-ups, which seem to be crippling my system (it took me 3 hours just to register as a member here!).

I have backed up my registry using ERUNT, and now post a tasty HJT log for your reading pleasure. A tech-support friend of mine suggested I reformat my HD, but I'd really prefer not to, if at all possible... Any help you could offer would be most appreciated!
