Description: Delta.Toolbar is a toolbar that gets installed by other software, for instance jdownloader. Delta.Toolbar installs itself to the system, the Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome. It modifies the start page of Internet Explorer. Delta.Toolbar is also associated with the Babylon.Toolbar. Recently Delta.Toolbar also installs a fake "BrowserDefender" to protect its own browser settings from being changed.
