'cannot create file...'

I found similar issues discussed in the forum through a google search but they were four and five years old. Problem I'm having is that I just installed the new beta version and ran it. Now I get an error message that says "Cannot create file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Spybot-Search & Destroy 2\Data\Logs ..etc.". Access is denied.

Denied by what? Supposedly, Spybot found 48 threat level 5 (mostly in adobe related files) threats. With this error, I am unable to remove them. Suggestions?
