Windows important updates keep failing computer freezes

Hi hope you can help
recently had a virus on my computer causing slow operation freezing i have used quite a few anti virus programs including super spyware, adware malware bytes and spybot 2 search and destroy to clean these viruses off the computer but i still think the computer is infected .The following viruses have been found trojan Repack ,PUP.Ibyte and Trojan -Proprat .When i run malware bytes and adware now they don't show any results but spy bot 2 is still finding results which i am finding hard to interpret a few of these are registry at level 5 .I have tried to update two important service packs from windows KB2813170 and KB976932
but they keep failing.
