Question about Hours

First Hello to all. I am new here. Happy New Year!
I was wondering if anyone knows during what times helpers post in the malware removal forums. I would just like to know. I am waiting or a response as I am sure a lot of people are. I don't want to seem impatient but it has been 4 days and I would like to post in the thread that says if you have waited 4 days. However I would like to give them the time required to get to my issue. For instance it is about 5pm est. If they normally dont post after 5 then I can post in the 4 day thread. However if they normally post until 7pm then I am jumping the gun. Does anyone have any idea?

Our volunteer helpers are in different time zones so I can't give you an exact time they will be on, sorry.

Best to post in the 4 day waiting topic to catch their eye and I will make a note you posted. :)
